A guy named "XanderMan" just gave me spam, telling me that I had "virus problems" or something.  I fear that the link in it is a virus or something, and I also fear that others else here got the same message.

I checked his account, it said he had 0 posts and was new, so unless by some random act of God, there seems to be something wrong here.

This is me just suggesting that everyone should probably avoid that message (despite how you probably already knew this).

Hello, friend. There are viruses' activities from your computer in last few days. Strongly recommend you to check your computer. You can find a report about your computer's security and solve every problem with it here: http://antivirus.podzone.net/hitin.php?land=20&affid=41000&detected=Pintsize
Thank you. Forum member.
That's what I got.  Don't use that page it gave you.

it appears this Razzorman has done the same in other forums.   Even spanish & german ones.

If you did click it.  Run a scan with YOUR antivirus

Spam in this page is getting dangerous.   I've tried to contact Gabe or Alex so as to give me or someone modding powers to fight it but Alex is the only one who has the power to do so and he seems to be far far away :/

If Alex does not take any steps to deal with the spam or delegate power to do so to a responsible active member, I will abandon this message board as it is unusable.

I've added a few global moderators and given them permissions to delete accounts.  Hopefully we'll get the riff-raff out of here in no time.

Thanks for your passion everyone.

Hey Alex!

Thanks for helping us out, those bots were really starting to worry me!

I mean, I'm pretty new and everything, but I like what you guys have here, and plan on atleast sticking a little longer =D
