Vince, you might want to post the sound tracks you made. Right now like I mentioned in the other post, I'm working on a sprite animation program with dynamic, customizable options.

I would, but I don't know of a place to put them. Except Youtube, and I'd have to make a special account for that I suppose if I go with that.

Guess I'll do that sometime soon then. EDIT: Just to avoid double posting, here's the account. http://www.youtube.com/user/VincentsDestinyOddly enough, VincentSwiftStrike for an account name was already taken. o_O What the hell? I know for SURE it wasn't me... <----- Has been trolled perhaps? o_O Nothing on the account yet. I won't have anything until tomorrow most likely. Seeing as how I've been making the music into video's to upload for 2 hours now and am only about 2/3's done.

Okay, all the game music is uploaded. (Or is queued and being uploaded as I type this) Do note, this will not be all the music in the game. It will need a little bit more then this. Please comment on the video of your opinion of the music. And yes. Most video's have a looot of blank sound at the end. Blame Windows Movie Maker. It sucks. But it's the only thing I have to make a video format out of an audio file without it taking up 2 Gigs, but only 90 MB at most to keep the sound quality the same. Edit: Oooh... Youtube is seriously an ASS. SOOOOME of the sound tracks didn't feel like UPLOADING after I spent a good 3 hours sitting on my butt, waiting for the damn things to upload, because I couldn't do anything else! Edit 2: What the hell! Now they're there again!! Right after I just uploaded them again?! @#%$^$%&$%&*% Edit 3: NOW THEY'RE GONE AGAIN!!! ARGHHHHH!!! Edit 4: Okay. I give up!! 4 of the 50 are missing. I can't tell which ones. I'm just gonna leave it for the night..... Friiiig...

Hi guys...
What format are you using for music? wav, ogg, midi?
Wav is usually to heavy for songs but might work for sound effects. ogg is a nice, free, compressed format that does wonders to store music (with, apparently, a better quality than an mp3).
I've recently used OpenAl and OggVorbis libraries to work with them. If you ever need/want to use them, just ask.

Hiya Pintsize.
I work with MP3's, and Midi's. Occasionally Wav's too.
Midi's are able to (obviously) be the most customizable, but to make sounds like the quality of an MP3 and to turn it into one is sometimes hard to do. Especially when you're actually rather limited. (Not as limited now, but there's still quite a sandbox for me)
On MP3's, it's a considerably small Sandbox. So small, I usually have to record the MP3 again just to have slightly more space with it.

Lots of programs!
For midi customization, I start off with using FL Studio, version 9. (FruityLoop studios) to edit midi's to almost anything I want to. It really gives me pretty much infinite flex ability, being able to alter every single note of every single instrument played in that midi song. Also giving me the ability to add effects too, but for the most part, I try to keep it a midi format. This way, I can put it into my "Midi 2 Wav" program. Which enhances the midi quality to sound more MP3ish greatly. I can also one last time change instruments in this mp3ish sounding song, just in case. Along with finalize in changing which sides each note strings to, and how loud it is (Sometimes the program unbalances some instruments to not even be heard).
Since I cannot save with that program though, I use Audacity to record it, which I can add some final effects that FL Studio can't do -as well-. Such as evening up the bass. Making the song officially repeat by cutting and adding some parts, to make it sound like game music that repeats normally. After which I export it as an MP3, and there you go!
Really easy, really fun, still keeps grand quality music.
However, for any music for MP3's, I can really only go to Audacity, and Audacity ONLY to change it's effects, make it repeatable, etc.
My sound card however has an ability to completely cut off the left side speaker however, and change pitch. So I tend to record the song with a different pitch, with the left side cut off. This makes the song sound rather unique, and not completely original of the copyrighted song. So follow these with Audacity effects, I am able to make an MP3 customized, but not nearly as much as I could such as with a midi.

Update: Comic in the making! I'm using sprites from Ragnarok Online to, sort of, make a comic of the storyline of the game. The storyline will be accurate, but it will NOT be the same. (Different monsters, from what I want, for example) So it's like a mock of it. But plenty of important things can still exist. Note: It isn't viewable right now, because the site's bugged. But here's the Link: http://www.drunkduck.com/Fate_and_Destiny/?p=682136
